2025 Clean Show Report: Offer Up in Orlando (Part 4)

Another sampling of exhibitors and their latest wares

ORLANDO, Fla. — The Clean Show 2025 drew record-breaking attendance here since the COVID pandemic, nearly 400 exhibitors, and a strong education program on and off the show floor, Messe Frankfurt Inc. states in its final show report.

Let’s hear from some more of the exhibitors who used Clean to promote their new wares or spread the word about enhanced or expanded products and services.

This American Coin-Op report represents only a sampling of exhibitors and the products/services shown or described at Clean 2025. With hundreds of companies in attendance, this multi-part article isn’t intended to be all-encompassing.

Be sure to follow American Coin-Op for more product and service announcements from these companies and others in the months to come.

DEXTER LAUNDRY

Dexter Laundry continued its “Made in the USA, Made by Us” legacy with several new products and features at Clean Show 2025.

The company launched its 100G X-Series washers, available in 20- to 120-pound capacities. The line delivers trusted quality, top performance, and efficiency with an “eXtra” touch, Dexter says. It gives customers more options and control while providing owners with additional revenue and savings.

Dexter also introduced the DexterLive ROI Tracker, providing real-time data on machine performance and revenue to help owners evaluate profitability and optimize operations.

New DexterPay features include Preload, enabling customers to fund accounts instantly without holds or fees. Store owners carry the float while boosting customer loyalty with available reward options.

MOUNTAIN ELECTRONICS

Commercial laundry electronics repair firm Mountain Electronics relocated last year after Hurricane Helene destroyed its Burnsville, N.C., facility.

It’s long since moved into new headquarters in Marion, N.C., so exhibiting at Clean was largely about meeting new customers and reminding the laundry industry that it’s ready to fix their equipment’s circuit boards.

Because we had to move, a lot of customers were questioning if we were still in business or accepting packages,” says Sales & Customer Service Manager Skyler Wheeler. “One big reason we wanted to be here was to make sure that everybody knew that we were still around, still here to support them, still here to help them rebuild their boards.”

Clean 2025 produced a great turnout, and Wheeler and the Mountain Electronics staff saw many attendees during the show.

CARD CONCEPTS INC. (CCI)

Card Concepts Inc. (CCI) showcased a suite of innovations advancing payment and automation technology for laundromats.

Highlights included:

  • FLEX RF, a cost-effective contactless payment option
  • WDF Prolink, integrating with FasCard and FLEX RF for wash-dry-fold automation
  • Contactless tap-to-pay loyalty cards for FasCard
  • A new FasCard V3 app offering enhanced remote management and real-time monitoring
  • LaundryCard Version 10, the next-generation platform offering a redesigned experience to incorporate wireless card readers, RFID loyalty card support, powerful remote management tools and more.
  • The all-new X2 Kiosk designed for durability, flexibility and modern performance.

From the aesthetics, functional design, and the all-new LaundryCard v10 software, it seemed like we hit all the marks (with the X2 Kiosk),” says President Steve Marcionetti. “People were also very excited about our upcoming AI integrations that will further automate store owner operations, reduce costs, and increase profitability.”

CONTINENTAL LAUNDRY SOLUTIONS

Continental Laundry Solutions reported record engagement at Clean 2025, driven by new product launches and live demonstrations.

Continental is evolving as a result of market and customer evolution,” says President Mike Floyd. “We recognize that, work closely with our manufacturer partners and bring products to market to be able to support our vended customers.”

The company debuted Girbau GS-Series soft-mount washer-extractors (90- and 130-pound capacities) with hybrid Genius Control 3.0 enhancements and the Genius ExpressClean chemical-delivery system. The full range from 23 to 130 pounds offers:

  • Sustained 450 G-force extraction for shorter drying times and rapid customer-rotation rates
  • Hybrid Genius Control that switches from self-service customer-facing interface to full-service attendant-facing interface
  • Load-based water and chemistry optimization

Live demos stole the show, according to Vice President of Sales Joel Jorgensen: “We wanted to prove to any naysayers that our soft-mount GS-Series washer line would generate 450 G-force spin speeds in less than 2 minutes while holding an out-of-balance load and standing on a pallet. It did exactly that!”

HIGH MARK MFG./LAUNDRY LOCKERS

High Mark Manufacturing returned to Clean with its long-standing line of prefabricated bulkheads, drain troughs, and laundry furniture — plus a new venture: Laundry Lockers, offering self-service lockers for laundromats and multi-housing sites.

High Mark Manufacturing has been our flagship for 24 years now,” Valconesi says. “I’m very proud of what we do, and try to constantly upgrade and continue to modernize our stuff for our customers. With that in mind, we rolled over into lockers because a lot of drive nowadays is pickup and delivery, wash-dry-fold. It’s just becoming a big part of our industry, so we wanted to be part of that as well.”

He says today’s laundromats are sleek and design-driven: “What we are constantly trying to do is create something that looks as modern as what they are trying to accomplish.”

Response to both brands was “overwhelming,” Valconesi adds. “People are excited about everything, especially the lockers. It’s buried us, but that’s a good problem to have.”

ONNERA GROUP

Onnera Group drew international attention at Clean 2025 with its complete lineup of washers, dryers and flatwork ironers, plus live demos of its connected tech platforms, FagorKonnect and DomusConnect.

These systems let operators manage stores remotely by tracking live telemetry, revenue, and performance data; exporting detailed reports; and troubleshooting equipment.

This year’s Clean Show was well-attended, but quite different, with many more distributors looking for alternative equipment brands due to acquisitions in the marketplace,” says Bryan Rausch, national sales director for Onnera Group USA, which distributes Domus and Fagor commercial laundry equipment throughout North America.

We also met with many current laundromat owners wanting to open additional stores, in part due to advances in technology on the operational side and in payment systems.”

Marketing Director Dawn Nagle notes that Onnera welcomed hundreds of visitors from around the world, ranging from the U.S. to Spain, India and Australia.
