OSHKOSH, Wis. — Continental Laundry Solutions has added four new team members in operations, finance, marketing and parts support roles as the company continues to grow its product and service offerings.
Continental recently welcomed Cody Kopplin as parts order processing lead, Jordan Quade as operations manager, Nancy Seidler as controller, and Aliyah Sherman as digital marketing specialist.
“We are pleased to report that Continental is growing by leaps and bounds in both our product and service solutions,” says President Mike Floyd. “This growth allows us to bring new talent to our team. We are thrilled to have Cody, Jordan, Nancy and Aliyah onboard and look forward to watching them grow with the company.”
Kopplin brings 15 years of experience in customer service and order processing, and will serve as a key liaison between Continental staff and distributors, focusing on parts sales support. He has an associate’s degree in printing and publishing in graphic and printing equipment operation from Fox Valley Technical College.
Quade, with six years of supply chain and logistics experience, will oversee warehousing, logistics, inventory management, forecasting and parts purchasing, with an emphasis on streamlining operations, improving processes, optimizing operational efficiency, and coordinating with distributors and vendors. He has an associate’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Fond Du Lac and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Seidler brings 30 years of experience in accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling, along with a background in public accounting, service industries, privately held manufacturing companies and distribution. She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marquette University.
As controller, she will oversee accounting, financial reporting and compliance while also serving on Continental’s Executive Board, where she will play a central leadership role in shaping company direction, performance and culture.
Sherman develops website content, digital campaigns, front- and back-end coding and analytics reporting in her role as digital marketing specialist. She manages creative project workflow, ensures alignment with branding guidelines, and develops content for digital ads, email marketing and social media. She has a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing technologies from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a master’s degree in digital marketing strategies from Trinity College Dublin in Ireland.
