IT Specialist Norton Joins Wash-Dry-Fold POS Staff

His development experience translates well to its platform, company says

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — Wash-Dry-Fold POS®, a laundromat management software and point-of-sale solution for laundromat owners, has hired Cole Norton as its new tech support specialist and junior software developer.

Norton brings a strong background in tech support and software development, the company says, making him a valuable addition to the team dedicated to helping laundromat owners run their businesses smoothly.

Norton studied computer information systems at Murray State College and has been working in specialized IT positions since graduating. His work experience includes hardware and software troubleshooting as well as system administration and data security. When hired, he was already helping business owners and operators as an advanced on-site printer technician.

“It was clear right away that Cole had already developed the high level of patience and communication skills that are needed to work with laundromat attendants,” says Ian Gollahon, managing partner at Wash-Dry-Fold POS. “He’s an excellent listener and responds in a helpful and amiable manner.”

Norton’s software development experience was also a central reason for his hire.

“It’s difficult to find experienced software developers in Oklahoma,” says Wash-Dry-Fold POS founder Brian Henderson, “especially ones with development experience that translates well to our platform, and with such a strong sense of professionalism and clear communication skills.”

Working as front-line tech support, Norton is providing reliable and friendly assistance to help laundromat owners and attendants nationwide, the company says.
