HappyNest Partner Network Continues to Expand

Laundromats in several states add brand’s pickup/delivery service

EAST GREENWICH, R.I. — Tech-enabled laundry pickup and delivery service HappyNest continues to expand, the company reports, adding more laundromat partner locations in recent months.

It has expanded service area availability into Kansas City, Missouri, through a partnership The Laundry Basket. The latter is now providing HappyNest’s pickup and delivery services to residents and businesses in and around Kansas City and Riverside, Mo., as well as Leawood and Shawnee, Kansas.

The 4,000-square-foot facility is equipped with 47 washers and 26 dryers, along with an experienced, dedicated staff.

“I like that HappyNest is an established company,” says Rafael Tormes of The Laundry Basket. “I love that they are responsive to their customers and have a dedicated customer service team to address any issues or answer customer inquiries.”

HappyNest has expanded coverage into New Haven, Connecticut, and other area communities through a partnership with Super Suds Laundromat.

The arrangement leverages HappyNest’s expertise in technology, marketing and more with Super Suds’ highly trained and experienced staff, HappyNest says. The 1,500-square-foot facility is equipped with 17 washers and 16 dryers.

Sunshine Laundromat has partnered with HappyNest to expand coverage in Columbus, Ohio, and surrounding communities. Desmond Aryee decided to partner with the laundry pickup and delivery service to grow his business beyond his laundromat and expand his reach outside of the local area.

His 3,000-square-foot facility is equipped with 45 washers and 26 dryers.

Finally, HappyNest has partnered with SpinCycle Express Laundry in expanding its coverage in and around Cleveland.

With eight years of industry experience, Michael Miller of SpinCycle Express Laundry anticipates enhanced efficiency and elevated customer satisfaction through the partnership. The 3,000-square-foot facility is equipped with 18 washers and 14 dryers.

Partnering with HappyNest offers local laundromat owners the opportunity to boost productivity and cash flow during the slow mid-week, HappyNest says. Its support includes marketing for signups and customer retention, software for route management, financial assistance, business mentoring and more.
