EAST GREENWICH, R.I. — Tech-enabled laundry pickup and delivery service HappyNest continues to expand, adding more laundromat partner locations in recent months, the company reports.
Its eco-friendly pickup and next-day delivery laundry services have expanded to more than 15 counties in Central New Jersey via new partner Missing Sock Laundry.
“We decided to partner with HappyNest because of their dedicated customer service team that will support our efforts and allow us to focus on the operations of providing customers with top-notch service,” says Andrew Trenk of Missing Sock Laundry, a staffed, 4,000-square-foot facility equipped with 25 washers and 30 dryers.
On the other side of the country, HappyNest is now servicing Portland, Oregon, through a partnership with Kenton Laundromat. Its staffed, 3,000-square-foot facility is equipped with 32 washers and 32 dryers.
“As we enter Portland, we are excited to partner with Ian [Krist] and his team at Kenton Laundromat to provide professional and customizable laundry and pickup delivery service to those in and around the surrounding area,” says John MacKrell, HappyNest’s founder and CEO.
New HappyNest partner Laundry Works will bring exceptional, tailored laundry services to residents and local businesses in the Austin, Texas, community, HappyNest says. The 1,400-square-foot Laundry Works facility is equipped with 22 washers and 20 dryers and supported by an experienced and dedicated staff, it adds.
“We are thrilled to announce our partnership with Roi [Vadai] and his team at Laundry Works as we expand our services in Austin,” says MacKrell.
And through a partnership with HappyNest, the team at Wavemax Laundry will provide professional pickup and delivery laundry services to residents and businesses in Cincinnati. Its 4,500-square-foot facility is equipped with 26 washers and 30 dryers, and has an experienced and dedicated staff energized to expand into pickup and delivery.
“With Anita’s experience in the industry, we are eager to provide professional, top-notch service, and we anticipate significant growth in the area,” MacKrell says.
A HappyNest partnership offers locally based laundromat partners the opportunity to boost productivity and cash flow during the slow mid-week. Its comprehensive support includes marketing for signups and customer retention, software for route management, financial assistance, business mentoring, a full commercial team, and a dedicated customer service team.
