HappyNest Continues to Add Laundromat Partners

Pickup and delivery service expands in five states

EAST GREENWICH, R.I. — Tech-enabled laundry pickup and delivery service HappyNest is continuing to expand, the company reports, announcing in recent weeks that its service is now available in new locations in five states

HappyNest is available in Rochester, New York, through new partner Grandma Gail’s Wash House. Located on the shore of Lake Ontario, the 2,500-square-foot facility equipped with 17 washers and 10 dryers is now providing HappyNest next-day and eco-friendly pickup and delivery laundry services to residents and businesses in the area.

“Making customers happy is one of our top priorities,” says Chivas Davis of Grandma Gail’s Wash House. “HappyNest’s expansion across the nation and knowledge of the industry were important factors in our decision to partner with them to offer the convenience of pickup and delivery service to our community.”

HappyNest is now serving residents and businesses in Tucson, Arizona, in partnership with Steve and Vicky Dotson via Tucson Laundry Centers. The Dotsons have been in the laundromat business for nine years and are expanding into pickup and delivery with a 3,300-square-foot facility equipped with 34 washers and 28 dryers.

“We love the system that HappyNest already has in place. They’ve done the legwork to develop a system, an app, and manage the routes for a pickup and delivery service,” says Vicky Dotson. “They help with the marketing in the service area, which is huge for a small business.”

In Leesburg, Virginia, HappyNest has partnered with Sterling Herndon Laundromat, which is expanding into pickup and delivery with a 3,500-square-foot facility equipped with 50 washers and 80 dryers. Anthony Riviello and his staff have been in the laundromat business for 13 years.

“We decided to partner with HappyNest to grow our business and offer pickup and delivery to our community,” says Riviello.

AAA Laundry & Dry Cleaning, Bradenton, Florida, chose to partner with HappyNest because it enables the business to expand “into ZIP codes beyond our walk-in market,” says AAA owner Todd Lovely.

“I like to remove the burdens and stress of doing laundry from people’s lives so that they can spend more time doing the things they enjoy,” he adds.

Through its 2,500-square-foot laundry equipped with 41 washers and 32 dryers, AAA is excited “to offer a more convenient (pickup and delivery) solution to residents and businesses in the area.”

And in Indianapolis, HappyNest has expanded its service availability to the state capital via Bee Klean Laundry LLC. The 3,000-square-foot facility is equipped with 31 washers and 19 dryers to expand into the pickup and delivery space.

“Our eco-friendly and high-efficiency machines, along with our outstanding staff, will make HappyNest an outstanding experience for customers,” says Jeffery Zitting of Bee Klean Laundry. “HappyNest is a great fit for us as we look to expand our business and offer pickup and delivery service.”

HappyNest says it boosts productivity and cash flow during the slow mid-week for its laundromat partners. Its support includes marketing for signups and retention, software for route management, business mentoring, and a customer service team.
