MIAMI — Commercial laundry equipment distributor EVI Industries has acquired ASN Laundry Group, a New York-based distributor of commercial laundry products and a provider of related technical installation and maintenance services.
Terms of the acquisition were not released.
ASN is EVI’s 31st acquisition in the commercial laundry distribution and service industry. Its addition increases EVI’s presence and market share in New York state and will enable EVI to provide increased customer service.
The acquisition is about more than expanding the EVI footprint, says Chairman and CEO Henry M. Nahmad, it’s about investing in people.

EVI, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange, has expanded its presence in the laundry industry through strategic acquisitions, integrating distributors and service providers to create a robust, customer-focused network.
