CHICAGO, Ill. — Robert J. Renteria, executive vice president/co-founder of WashPro USA, Westchester, Ill., will provide management tips in his column on AmericanCoinOp.com. The column will debut March 28.For more than 17 years, Renteria has developed long-standing relationships with manufacturers and suppliers on a national and international level. He has received a host of awards and accolades for his contributions as a leader in marketing and customer service.Renteria has worked hand in hand with customers to develop more than 450 coin laundries nationally and abroad. He is actively involved in every stage of his client’s laundry business, including planning, design, construction and financing.Renteria has authored numerous articles for coin laundry and drycleaning publications. He’s an active member of the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the Coin Laundry Association, and has served on the Chicago coin laundry board of directors. He was elected president and chairman of the IPSO USA distribution council three years in a row, representing their dealers on a national basis.
