REDONDO BEACH, Calif. — Web Service Co., one of the West Coast’s largest providers of laundry facilities management services, has formed a strategic partnership with Consolidated Smart Systems in which the two companies will merge their commercial laundry assets.The merger will be operated under Web Service’s name and current management team and will increase the company’s commercial laundry presence in California by adding more than 40,000 smart card-operated machines, the company says.“The arrangement with Consolidated makes perfect sense,” says Adam Coffey, chief executive officer of Web Service. “For over 50 years, Consolidated has provided the multi-housing community with quality laundry equipment, technologies and service.
