INWOOD, N.Y. — Laundrylux reports that it has acquired Dallas-based Texas Coin and Commercial Laundry, led by Mike and Kellie Blumberg. While Laundrylux acquired the company’s distribution business assets, its route segment is not included in the purchase agreement. Other terms of the deal were not announced.

Texas Coin and Commercial Laundry becomes the fourth distributor acquired by Laundrylux this year. The acquisition of Automated Laundry Systems was announced in March, and the acquisitions of CESCO NW and Golden State Laundry Systems were announced in January.
