INWOOD, N.Y. — Laundrylux, the North American supplier of Electrolux and Wascomat laundry equipment, reports it has acquired the assets of Washington-based distributor CESCO NW. Terms were not disclosed.
“Laundrylux is delighted to partner with Rich Boyd, who we have worked with for many years, to turbocharge the Pacific Northwest market and accelerate growth in the Western USA,” says Laundrylux CEO John Sabino.
“CESCO goes back decades with Wascomat and Electrolux professional laundry, so this makes perfect sense,” Boyd says. “I welcome the opportunity to become an investor in Laundrylux’s consolidation of multi-brand professional laundry distribution nationwide. The future is here and I’m excited to be part of it!”
It’s the second distributor acquisition announced by Laundrylux this month.

Laundrylux says it is the largest integrated independent distributor of professional laundry equipment in the world, with 65 years of experience in distribution; product and technology development; financing; equipment leasing; coin-op laundry development; on-premise laundry development; and wet cleaning.
It currently serves the U.S., Canadian and Mexican markets.
