CSC ServiceWorks Creates Partnership with Continental Laundry Systems

PLAINVIEW, N.Y. –– CSC ServiceWorks (CSC), comprised of Coinmach, multi-family laundry service provider, and AIR-serv, pay air services provider for automobile tire inflation, has recently announced its acquisition of Pittsburgh-based laundry route operator Continental Laundry Systems.

The acquisition is the ninth the company has completed within the last 12 months and “marks a milestone for CSC as they now provide service for over one million machines throughout the United States, Canada and Europe,” according to CSC.

“Continental is known as a best-in-class service provider throughout Pennsylvania and the surrounding states,” says Bob Doyle, CEO of CSC. “We are proud to partner with them, as Continental’s passion for quality fits nicely into our culture.”

“I’m further proud that through our team’s dedication, and controlling shareholder Pamplona Capital’s support, we have been able to achieve the milestone of being trusted with providing service for over one million machines,” adds Doyle.

Scott Kallick and Gina Kallick, Continental’s two principals, will remain with CSC, according to the company.

“I am proud that the company we have worked so hard to build, and have achieved such high standards with, are joining Coinmach to further our reach and vision,” says Scott Kallick. “It is an excellent fit.”

“We at Continental Laundry Systems are very excited about the new opportunities that Coinmach provides both to our employers and our customers,” adds Gina Kallick. “We look forward to the synergy created in furthering our dedication to customer care and operational efficiency.”
