SAN FRANCISCO — Laundry and drycleaning delivery service Rinse is rolling out its Next Day Hang Dry Service, an upgrade offering next-day turnaround for delicates and athleisure across all of its markets.
For busy customers, it’s a simple but impactful change, Rinse says: Hang Dry garments — items like performance wear, silks, and delicates that typically require extra time — will now return ready to wear with the rest of a wash-and-fold order the next day.
“With this launch, we’re meeting the realities of how people dress and live today,” says Rinse co-founder and CEO Ajay Prakash. “Athleisure and delicates are staples in modern wardrobes, and customers rewear these items daily. Now, they can trust Rinse to get those essentials back faster, without compromising care.”
The upgrade protects clothing investments by extending garment life, especially sought after for premium athleisure, one of apparel’s fastest-growing segments.
“Next Day Hang Dry is about respecting our customers’ time as much as their clothing,” says Beatriz Umali, a product lead who spearheaded the launch under co-founder and CTO Sam Cheng. “We’ve built a system that delivers peace of mind at scale.”
Rinse operates in over a dozen metropolitan markets and serves more than 12 million households in the United States and Canada.
