WASH’s Levine Named Finalist in Corporate Counsel of Year Awards

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. — Craig Levine, executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems (WASH Laundry), is a finalist in Los Angeles Business Journal’s Corporate Counsel of the Year Awards program, the company reports.

Levine is being recognized for his accomplishments as the company’s in-house attorney, WASH Laundry adds.

“An expert in mergers and acquisition transactions, corporate finance, securities law, and contractual matters, Craig has been instrumental in WASH’s global expansion and has applied his vast knowledge to expertly manage our organization’s multinational contractual, human resource, real estate and other legal needs,” says Adam Coffey, president and CEO of WASH Laundry.

Levine took on the position as the company’s in-house general counsel in 2013, after transitioning from outside counsel with the Los Angeles-based law firm Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP, according to WASH Laundry.

“As the sole attorney in an enterprise with more than 850 employees, it is a great honor to be recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal,” says Levine. “Being general counsel for WASH, and part of a dynamic executive team with such vision, is truly rewarding.”

Levine has garnered numerous honors in his career, according to WASH Laundry, including being recognized as a “Southern California Rising Star” by Southern California Super Lawyers in Los Angeles Magazine, among other distinctions.
