Wash N Go Owners Open Third Location in Six Months

SAN DIEGO — Alex Zaydenberg and Robert Legg have been busy. The business partners recently opened their third Wash N Go location in the past six months, according to coin laundry equipment distributor Western State Design.

With 3,300 square feet of space and “an array of equipment” in various capacities, this is their largest location so far, the distributor reports. The site was previously occupied by another Laundromat business.

The new location offers additional services such as free Wi-Fi, free soap, a children’s play area and a drop-off and pick-up service. Also, a hybrid self-service and fluff-and-fold service allows customers to leave the Laundromat to run errands without having to transfer linens from the washer to dryer.

Zaydenberg and Legg worked with Western State Design's Steve Erlinger to develop this new location. The Dexter equipment in use offers time-of-day pricing, which Western State Design says enables the business owners to lower prices during slow periods. Additionally, customers can pay with cash, credit card or loyalty card through the Spyderwash System, enabling patrons to earn discounts and loyalty rewards.

The newest Wash N Go location, on El Cajon Boulevard, is open 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, with attendants present 12-15 hours each day.
