Wash-Dry-Fold POS Welcomes Ramsey to Staff

Will manage ‘Customer Success’ efforts for point-of-sale system supplier

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — Shortly after resigning from her role managing eight locations with Splash ’Em Out Coin Laundry in Kentucky, Chelsea Ramsey has joined the staff of Wash-Dry-Fold POS, a supplier of point-of-sale systems for laundromats, as its Customer Success manager.

“Not only had she already taught dozens of laundromat attendants how to use our systems, she had even recorded training videos of our product to help train her team,” says Brian Henderson, founder of Wash-Dry-Fold POS. “It showed initiative and a passion for helping others.”

“With a knack for technology, Chelsea was looking for remote work that would allow more time with her son. She asked if there was anything she could do to help us,” explains co-founder Ian Gollahon. “Even though it wasn’t publicly posted, we were already conducting interviews for a support position, so the timing was perfect.”

Super Wash Laundry owner Chris Balestracci, based in Connecticut, had nothing but praise for the new hire following his company’s Wash-Dry-Fold POS setup and training: “After my training session with Chelsea, I love your system even more!”

And what does Ramsey think of her new role so far?

“I really care about the businesses we serve,” she says. “I love my job, I really do.”
