TexCare 2007 Scheduled for October

SECAUCUS, N.J. — The National Cleaners Association (NCA) will hold TexCare ’07, the Northeast’s largest drycleaning and coin laundry show, Oct. 20-21 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center in Secaucus, N.J. The two-day exposition has been expanded to further meet the needs of coin laundry owners and their providers, while providing free admission for drycleaners and coin laundry owners to the show floor.In 2005, TexCare had nearly 3,000 attendees and 200 exhibitors, said Ann Hargrove, NCA special projects director. This year’s show is expected to far surpass those numbers.In addition to free admission to the show floor, the morning seminars are also free. The morning seminars will touch on several topics, including environmental, legal and marketing issues. This year NCA has a special all-day educational event planned for Friday, Oct. 19, before TexCare opens. Jason Loeb of Sudsies.com will share his branding, marketing and website secrets that he’s developed to grow his coin laundry/drycleaning operation in a multi-million-dollar success story. Tickets for this special, pre-show event are limited and sell for $495 per seat.Exhibit booths are still available for TexCare. Exhibition hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday (Oct. 20) and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Seminars will be held from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on both days. NCA has also made arrangements with three area hotels (Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn and Harmon Meadow Holiday Inn) within walking distance of the Meadowlands Exposition Center.
