CHICAGO — Statewide Laundry Equipment, with offices in Jacksonville, Tampa, Orlando and Miami, Fla., reports it has updated and revised its Investment Seminar to be presented throughout its Florida service area in the coming months.
Statewide says the new seminar format takes a look at the evolution of retail, design and profitability, along with the benefits of owning a Laundromat.
Several meetings are scheduled throughout the fall in South Florida and Northern Florida, including Sept. 11 in Tampa and Hialeah, Oct. 17 in Hialeah and Orlando, and Nov. 13 in Tampa and Hialeah.
Depending on the geographic location, the speaker will either be Noel Orozco, vice president of Statewide Miami, or Jim Rogers, vice president of Statewide Tampa and Orlando. Orozco has over 20 years of industry experience and specializes in brokerage and new store development. Rogers has 32 years of experience, with 20 of them coming at Statewide. His expertise includes development of new Laundromats from site location, lease negotiation, design and financing.
