Pantsless Man Arrested at Florida Coin Laundry

EAST NAPLES, Fla. — A homeless man was arrested at the Radio Road Coin Laundry in East Naples, Fla., for sitting outside with no pants on, claiming he did it because his pants were being cleaned inside the store, according to Collier County Sheriff’s deputies.Collier County Sheriff’s deputies said James Lowe, 59, was spotted outside of the laundry with nothing on below the waist but a jean jacket that “was not completely covering his genitalia,” the Naples Daily News reported.“At this time, there were several adults and small children walking around the plaza and in and out of the coin-operated laundry,” according to the deputies’ report of the incident.One witness told officers that she walked out of a nearby gas station and passed Lowe, who lifted a leg to expose his genitalia to her, according to Naples Daily News.According to the police report, Lowe, who appeared to be impaired and had a plastic mug filled with what smelled like alcohol.Lowe had previously been charged with trespassing at the coin laundry, according to police. He was charged with indecent exposure in public, trespassing, having an open container of alcohol in a public area and resisting an officer without violence.
