More Laundromats Partner with HappyNest

Pickup/delivery service adds locations in several states

EAST GREENWICH, R.I. — Tech-enabled laundry pickup and delivery service HappyNest continues to expand, announcing in recent weeks that its services are now available in new locations in several states.

The service is now available in Hampden County, Massachusetts, including Springfield, via new partner Super Saver Laundromat. The business also serves residents and businesses in Hampshire County, Mass., and Hartford County, Connecticut.

“I believe that the marketing that HappyNest provides, along with Super Saver Laundromat’s quality and consistent service, delivers a great partnership,” says Alec Peterson, Super Saver’s owner. His 3,000-square-foot laundry facility houses 40 high-efficiency washers and 54 dryers, and features an experienced, professional staff.

HappyNest is growing again in the Northeast, now available in Boston via Boston Laundry Inc. The 9,000-square-foot facility in Malden, Mass., is now serving residents and businesses in many cities and towns in Essex, Middlesex and Suffolk counties.

“We have a large commercial customer base, and HappyNest now gives us the opportunity to scale our business to the consumer side while providing easy-to-use solutions for scheduling pickup and delivery, contacting customer service, and making any special requests,” says Boston Laundry owner Domenic Della Pace.

Boston Laundry began operations in 1986 and opened a new facility in Malden in 2019. It currently houses 24 washers and 36 dryers with room for expansion.

NextGen Cleaners & Alterations is now providing HappyNest service to residents and businesses in Santa Clara County, California.

“We decided to work with HappyNest due to their successful pickup and delivery laundry service business model and their professionalism,” says Emil Baghdasarian, NextGen’s owner. “We look forward to adding and successfully growing our pickup and delivery business with HappyNest’s support.”

HappyNest is now available in Temple, Texas, north of San Antonio, via new partner Spin Zone Laundry. The laundromat chain’s Belton, Texas, location is serving HappyNest pickup and delivery across three counties.

Owner Joshua Dean has been in the laundromat business since 2003 and owns five locations. The HappyNest processing location covers 3,500 square feet and houses 40 washers and 40 dryers. Spin Zone has been offering wash and fold service since 2018.

Earth Friendly Express Laundry is now bringing HappyNest service to San Diego, California, and other nearby cities.

“We are thrilled to have HappyNest’s brand, customer service team, and marketing support as we launch our pickup and delivery laundry business,” says Haith Razuki, Earth Friendly’s owner.

In 2020, his business had a grand re-opening of its laundromat facility. The San Diego store houses the most energy-efficient washers and dryers that get clothes done in record time, Razuki says.

Another new Massachusetts partner is SUD-SATIONAL Laundromat, based in Brockton.

“HappyNest has a global reputation of excellence and customer satisfaction, so we are thrilled to now be partnering with the company to bring pickup and delivery laundry services to our community south of Boston,” says Adrian Jordan, SUD-SATIONAL’s owner. “In business now for four years, we enjoy knowing we provide an essential service for many and, with pickup and delivery, add convenience.”

His 2,400-square-foot eco-friendly facility has new high-efficiency washers and dryers and offers environmentally friendly detergent, Jordan adds.

HappyNest says it works with local, efficient laundromat partners who are meeting the demand for pickup and delivery laundry services, while utilizing machines during slower times, subsequently boosting sales.
