Low Cost Manufacturing Adds Mackay to Staff

CARLE PLACE, N.Y. — Low Cost Manufacturing, a wholesale supplier of OEM and generic parts for coin-op and commercial washers and dryers, reports it has named Ken Mackay vice president of parts, sales and distribution.

Prior to joining the company, Mackay spent 12 years running the parts department for a major machinery dealer in the laundry industry, Low Cost Manufacturing says. He was responsible for purchasing, distribution and sales, and negotiating “significant relationships” with major laundry equipment manufacturers.

Additionally, Mackay brings 16 years of sales experience that also includes equipment installations and service technician work.

“His knowledge of the electrical, mechanical and water systems in the industry is unmatched,” Low Cost Manufacturing says. “With Ken joining (us), we are very excited to move our commercial laundry parts division to a much higher level.”
