Laundry Pickup and Delivery Service Adds More Partners

Laundromats in several states now offer HappyNest service

EAST GREENWICH, R.I. — Tech-enabled laundry pickup and delivery service HappyNest continues to expand with the recent addition of new partners in New Jersey, New York, Indiana, Virginia, Texas and California, the company reports.

The newest HappyNest partners include:

  • Main St. Laundry Tuckerton in Tuckerton, N.J.

“Wash and fold laundry delivery services are quickly becoming an essential time saver for many individuals and business owners throughout the area,” says owner Kamal Singh. “We are thrilled to service our customers through the convenient HappyNest app that allows as-needed or regular, next-day service, customizations, and special requests to meet everyone’s needs.”

  • CleanFresh Laundromat in Yonkers, N.Y.

In operation since 2020, CleanFresh is raising the bar on laundry services with its state-of-the-art 5,500-square-foot facility that houses 60 washers and 70 dryers. Attendants are trained to pay special attention to details, including understanding special wash and dry preferences, separating colors, clearing out and storing personals that might be left in pockets, and spot-treating stains.

Owner Stephen Gramaglia was employed 21 years at Eastern Funding, a company specializing in laundry and drycleaning equipment financing, most recently as chief operating officer.

“Pickup and delivery services are a natural progression for us as we continue to expand and successfully service the Westchester, N.Y., county area,” says Gramaglia. “We look forward to a long, prosperous partnership with HappyNest to offload the chore of laundry for residents who would rather spend their valuable time otherwise.”

  • Premier Laundry Solutions in Griffith, Ind.

HappyNest service in Northwest Indiana is provided by two locations of Premier Laundry Solutions, operated by David Gramke. As a single father who knows laundry personally and professionally, he has added the pickup and delivery service to keep his laundry business at the forefront of the industry, HappyNest says.

  • SuperSuds in Woodbridge, Va.

Owner Bob Schwartz has been operating multiple laundromat locations with drop-off and curbside service, but added the HappyNest pickup and delivery service due to demand in Prince William County, Va.

  • EZZ Washateria in Houston, Texas

Owned and operated by Joe Cappaso since 2020, the facility has 30 energy-efficient washers and 20 dryers in its 2,800-square-foot facility. Long commutes in the area that are leaving people strapped for time are driving the requests for pickup and delivery service, according to Cappaso.

  • Laundry Room of Atwater Village in Los Angeles

In operation since 2014, the Laundry Room of Atwater Village is newly remodeled and furnished with new, efficient washing machines and dryers. The company’s pickup and delivery service formerly operated as the Laundry Room Express. All laundry delivery schedules and pricing have remained the same.

“Los Angeles is a large market, and we have been very successful in the delivery laundry business,” says owner Jon Attar. “As the Laundry Room Express brand, we had a great reputation, but we look forward to gaining even more market share and visibility with the recognition and support of HappyNest’s national brand.”

  • Ecospin Laundry in Lomita, Calif.

The laundromat owned by Mark Hardaway has been in business for five years, and utilizes advanced high-efficiency washer and dryers. The store offered pickup and delivery as Fluffed & Folded and is continuing to offer service via HappyNest; schedules and pricing were unchanged.

“HappyNest allows us to develop your pickup and delivery business with the support of the company’s team and its national brand,” says Hardaway. “We expect to scale quickly through HappyNest marketing and customer support.”

“With people’s limited time, requests for HappyNest’s pickup and delivery laundry service have been steadily increasing, so we are delighted to continue expanding,” says John MacKrell, CEO and founder of HappyNest.

To date, HappyNest has 49 laundromat partners operating in 22 states and Washington, D.C. Laundromat owners can learn about adding or increasing pickup and delivery services via HappyNest at https://www.happynest.com/partner.
