EAST GREENWICH, R.I. — Tech-enabled laundry pickup and delivery service HappyNest is continuing to expand with the addition of another new location in the Miami area, the company reports.
Brothers Jesson and Jerry Dolce own Pine Lake Laundry in Cooper City, Fla. Equipped with experience in retail management, they’ve been in the laundry business for nearly three years. The Dolces see the opportunity in the pickup and delivery space, HappyNest says, and are excited to start their own service.
“HappyNest has been very successful with our partners in Palm Beach and Broward counties,” says founder John MacKrell, “and we have found another great partner in Miami, which will allow for widespread marketing efforts throughout Southeast Florida.”
The Dolces were referred by Mykal Tairu, a longtime family friend and HappyNest partner in Daytona, Fla.
“That brings such pride that we have successful, forward-thinking partners looking to help us find other great partners around the country,” MacKrell adds.
The Dolces had been contracting with another pickup and delivery service but knew they wanted a partner to help with marketing, customer service and logistics.
“After speaking with Mykal at length about his experience with HappyNest, we knew who we wanted to work with,” says Jesson Dolce. “It’s also great to have two other existing HappyNest operators in the counties just north of us that we can lean on for help or tips as we ramp our service up.”
While Pine Lake Laundry continues to service its existing self-serve and drop-off customers, greater Miami residents can request pickup and delivery through the new HappyNest service starting this month.
