Laundry Owners Warehouse Donates Dryer to Haitian Orphanage

Supports work of Global Vision Citadelle Ministries

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Moved by the work of Global Vision Citadelle Ministries (GVCM), equipment distributor Laundry Owners Warehouse recently donated a Dexter commercial dryer to an orphanage in Haiti, the company says.

Haiti is the most economically and socially challenged country in the region, Laundry Owners Warehouse says, and GVCM has committed itself to providing for the needy and suffering there.

The distributor learned of the organization fairly recently. Impressed by the work it is doing, Laundry Owners Warehouse management made the unanimous decision to lend a helping hand.

“The story of GVCM is the stuff dreams are made of,” says Joshua Prager, owner of Laundry Owners Warehouse. “Two men share a vision to find out God’s will for them and that has turned into a full-fledged ministry which has helped countless individuals in the area. One cannot help but be impressed, and this is why we decided to help.”

The Dexter dryer is on its way to Haiti and is due to be installed soon, Prager says. Hygiene is a concern there, and with the right equipment in place for doing the laundry, the problem can be partly alleviated.

“We hope our donation in some small way helps GVCM carry out its mission,” he says.
