EAST GREENWICH, R.I. — Tech-enabled laundry pickup and delivery service HappyNest continues to expand, announcing in recent weeks that its services are now available in new locations in New York, Virginia and Texas.
HappyNest service is now available in the New York City borough of Manhattan via laundromat partner Sparkle Laundry Services.
“For people in Manhattan, time is everything and laundry is a time-draining chore,” says Raj Tejwaney, owner of Sparkle Laundry Services, a 1,500-square-foot Lexington Avenue store with 16 washers and 14 dryers. “We have been making laundry painless for commercial clients in Manhattan and are now expanding to residential pickup and delivery with HappyNest as the city comes alive after the pandemic. We wanted to find the right partner for the client management side of residential pickup and delivery, which allows us to do what we do best – caring for customers’ laundry – and we’ve found that with HappyNest.”
HappyNest service is now available in Virginia Beach via Liberty Street Laundry. The recently renovated facility—2,500 square feet with 28 washers and 40 dryers—is serving residents and businesses in Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth and Chesapeake.

HappyNest has added a fifth partner, Señor Suds, to service the Houston, Texas, area. Its zone is primarily south and east of downtown Houston in Pasadena, League City, Deer Park, LaPorte and Missouri City, among other areas.
“For the last five years, I have worked to improve the laundromat experience in underserved areas of Houston by focusing on our clients and their needs,” says Jeff Spillane, owner of Señor Suds. “I am thrilled to now be offering the easiest-to-use pickup and drop-off laundry service in the industry via HappyNest.”
HappyNest service is now available in Austin, Texas, via Spincity Laundry. One of seven locations, Spincity's Austin facility covers 10,000 square feet and is the largest laundromat in that city, equipped with 81 washers and 81 dryers, HappyNest says. The location processes all HappyNest orders in Austin and to the south in Buda, Del Valle and Manchaca.

HappyNest works with local, efficient laundromat partners who are meeting the demand for pickup and delivery laundry services, while utilizing machines during slower times, subsequently boosting sales.
