SANTA ANA, Calif. — R&B Wire Products first put one of its carts next to some of TV’s hottest women. Recently, one of its products got some exposure during a championship run on the ice in sunny California.R&B Wire Products has always offered a diverse product line, and it recently added some pretty famous customers too, says Frank Rowe, vice president of sales and marketing.The Anaheim Ducks made hockey history in 2007. The Ducks defeated the Ottawa Senators to capture their first Stanley Cup and also become the first West Coast team to take the NHL’s top honor. To show its support for the Ducks, R&B Wire Products designed custom poly trucks for the team. The poly trucks were used by the on-ice support staff to clean the ice during the team’s championship playoff run. These poly trucks featured the Ducks orange and gold colors.R&B Wire products also put its 100E58 laundry carts alongside some of TV’s most well-known women — the stars of “Desperate Housewives.” “Desperate Housewives” is a dark primetime soap with a truly contemporary take on the “happily ever after” theme.In an ad for the TV show, the stars of the show posed in a coin laundry setting with the laundry cart.“[The cart] keeps pretty company when you look at the classy ladies in the picture,” says Rowe.
