FMB Laundry Expands into Southeast Market

Distributor hires Tiffany to manage region’s operations

ATLANTA — Laundry equipment distributor FMB Laundry has expanded into the Southeast market and hired local native Mark Tiffany to manage the market’s operations as Southeast regional manager, the company reports.

“FMB Laundry’s expansion into the Southeast was driven by requests from existing customers who wanted the same high level of customer service and innovative technology that they had come to expect from us on their Mid-Atlantic properties,” says company Vice President Charles McCurdy.

Tiffany, a seasoned property manager with over 35 years of property management experience, witnessed firsthand the quality and level of service that FMB provides and decided to make the career switch.

“The laundry service business goes under the radar until it presents an interruption for property managers when complaints arise. FMB alleviated this stress by installing the newest models of Speed Queen machines, providing an orientation for residents and 24/7 customer service,” Tiffany says. “I am excited to take what I have learned in order to help revitalize the market and look forward to the various opportunities on the horizon.”

FMB recently released a proprietary mobile app that provides users the ability to see when equipment is available, start a laundry cycle, submit a service request, and receive a text message when their load is complete via their mobile device.
