Express Coin Laundry Adds New Location in Southern Calif.

SANTA ANA, Calif. — Dan Brinderson, owner of Southern California-based Express Coin Laundry, is on a continued growth path, as he recently added a location in Santa Ana to his chain of seven coin-operated Laundromats in the area.

Three years ago, following the success of his online ticketing website, Tickex, Brinderson launched a new career path and purchased, revamped and opened the first of what would soon become his seven Southern California coin-operated Laundromats.

Brinderson reached out to Steve Erlinger of laundry equipment distributor Western State Design to outfit all of his store’s locations, which include machines such as Dexter Express coin-operated equipment.

“Dexter laundry machines have a long history and the fact that the U.S.-based company is owned by the employees, and they build equipment with only their name on it, told me they were serious about their business,” says Brinderson.

Regarding his customers’ feedback on the machines, he adds, “[They] know the laundry will be done the same way in the same amount of time, every time.”

Brinderson’s attention to customers’ needs and wants has played a key role in the success of his stores, according to Western State Design.

In addition to utilizing Dexter equipment, Brinderson also provides other customer amenities, including video games, free Wi-Fi and flatscreen TVs, as well as hosting regular gift-card and TV giveaways.

“Keeping his coin-operated laundry service filled with customers who return for the quality experience has ensured steady growth for Brinderson’s business,” the distributor says.
