SEVIERVILLE, Tenn. — Laundry Systems of Tennessee reports it has promoted Sean Cloonan from service technician to service manager.
“Sean is an extremely hard worker who gives his utmost to help out customers in need of technical service,” says Jeff Large, owner of Laundry Systems of Tennessee. “He’s smart, a good leader, and easy to work with.”
In his new role, Cloonan manages a factory-trained team of service technicians to ensure prompt service and over-the-phone troubleshooting, as well as oversee parts inventory and distribution, according to the company.
“As service manager, my number one goal is to help the customer,” says Cloonan. “When customers request service, our goal is to be at their location within 24 hours.”
Cloonan joined Laundry Systems of Tennessee in 2012 after owning and operating a tire store in Sevierville.
