PLAINVIEW, N.Y. — North Hills, Calif.-based Pride Laundry Systems has merged with CSC ServiceWorks, provider of multi-family housing and commercial laundry equipment, the company reports.
Mark Goodman, president and owner of Pride Laundry Systems, will join CSC ServiceWorks as part of the deal.
He will undertake a senior management role to further build out CSC ServiceWorks’ on-premise laundry division on a national basis, according to CEO Robert M. Doyle.
Doyle calls the merger a “milestone,” saying, “It is an important step in the continuation of our growth strategy and improves our expertise through the addition of a high-quality team.”
“I am particularly excited that Mark Goodman will bring his vast experience and unparalleled reputation to the organization,” he adds.
“We are very pleased and excited to join the CSC family,” says Goodman. “Pride Laundry has worked very hard to reach the level of success we have within the Southern California market. This merger is a recognition of that success.”
