Continental Recognizes Longtime Employees Gadzinski, Kuffel, Washebek

Trio has served equipment manufacturer for 15 years

OSHKOSH, Wis. — Three Continental Girbau Inc. team members—Senior Technical Support Specialist Neal Gadzinski, Finance Services Manager & International Sales Manager Pam Kuffel, and Customer Experience Specialist II Karen Washebek—were recently recognized for 15 years of service, the commercial laundry equipment maker reports.

“The Continental team appreciates the many contributions of Neal, Pam and Karen over the past 15 years,” says Continental President Mike Floyd. “We appreciate their dedication and willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.”

Gadzinski joined Continental as a technical support specialist, quickly expanding his role into warranty management and further developing his expertise in micro board and inverter drive technology. In his senior-level role today, he fields technically related calls from distributors, contributes to product testing and improvements, and performs multiple other duties related to sales support and product specification updates.

Kuffel came to Continental in 2004 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a bachelor’s degree in finance. In her current role, she manages both the finance department and international sales, plus serves as administrator of Salesforce, Continental’s customer relationship management (CRM) platform. Kuffel is responsible for the development and management of all consumer finance transactions and programs, as well as export transactions outside of the United States and Canada.

Washebek joined Continental in an accounting role before transitioning into customer care in 2010. Today, her senior-level position has her working to build long-lasting business relationships with customers. Among many other responsibilities, Washebek interfaces with national accounts; serves as the main point of contact for the sales department; and helps coordinate finished product shipments.
