ADDISON, Ill. — Card Concepts Inc. (CCI) appointed General Manager Steve Marcionetti its new president effective Jan. 1, the company reports.
In a statement, former President Dion Marcionetti, Steve’s father, says, “Steve has spearheaded the design of new products and innovations which have contributed to our success. Steve is responsible for company sales and the interaction with our distributors. He has listened to our customers and has taken action to meet their expectations. Steve is one of the founders of CCI and has handled every aspect of our business. We look forward to our continued success with Steve leading our company.”
“I’m proud of what we have accomplished under my father’s leadership, and I’m excited for the opportunity to help improve our industry through innovation and quality customer support,” says Steve Marcionetti.
“Dion will still be a major contributor in the focus and direction of our company,” he adds. “He will take a step back on the everyday running of the company to allow some additional time traveling.”
Steve Marcionetti has been in the vended laundry industry for 18 years, and currently serves as a board member on the Coin Laundry Association’s national board of directors.
Privately held CCI was founded in 1999 and develops electronic payment solutions, including its LaundryCard and FasCard product lines, exclusively for the vended laundry industry.
